Materials we work with include aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, copper, heavy plate, stainless steel and titanium. Our cutting action types are CNC, free hand and robotic. We support a cutting speed from 50 to 500 in./min.Our efficiency allows us to provide lean manufacturing. We can handle cutting lengths from 3 to 10 ft., widths from 2 to 5 ft., diameters from 3/16 to 60 in. and part weights from 1 to 1500 lbs. with low tolerance of ±1 mm. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported from 10 to 100,000 parts.Lead times are 1 day to 8 weeks and are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available. We comply with ANSI, AS, ASME, ASTM, AWS, CE, CSA, DOT, FAA, FDA, ISO, NADCAP, QS, RoHS, SAE, TS and military standards.
